Aquabis customers in Romania can now pay their bills at PayPoint

Bucharest, Romania, 6 March 2014 – Customers of Aquabis, the main water and sewerage operator in Bistrita-Nasaud County, can now pay their bills at PayPoint, Romania’s leading retail-based payments network. To make a payment, Aquabis’ customers simply take the bill to the nearest PayPoint store, usually in a convenience store, where the shop assistant scans the barcode printed on the bill. The customer pays, in cash, and receives a receipt with the details of the transaction (date, amount, location etc). The whole operation takes just a few moments, so customers need to spend far less time paying their bills. “With every new client, PayPoint becomes even more essential to the users of our service. By providing a wide range of different payment types, we are able to offer them tangible benefits of paying all their bills, which increasingly include their water and sewerage bills, safely and at a time and place that are convenient for their lifestyles.
