PayPoint plc - Final Dividend

The board of directors of PayPoint plc (the "Company") has recommended the payment of a final dividend of 23.9 pence per share, in respect of the period ended 31 March 2014. Subject to the approval of shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 23 July 2014, the dividend will be paid on 24 July 2014 to those shareholders on the register on 27 June 2014 with the associated ex-dividend date being 25 June 2014.
