PayPoint Romania now accepting payments for Tulcea Gaz

Bucharest, 16 July 2014 – PayPoint Romania, the main retail-based cash and mobile payment operator in Romania, has signed a new agreement with Tulcea Gaz to enable customers of Tulcea Gaz, the main gas supplier in the city of Tulcea, to pay their bills at PayPoint. To make a payment, Tulcea Gaz’s customers simply take the bill to the nearest PayPoint store, where the shop assistant scans the barcode printed on the bill. The customer pays the amount required, in cash, and is given a receipt with the details of the transaction (date, amount, location etc). Paying through PayPoint’s system is quick, safe and secure, with no additional fees. “We’re delighted to have signed this agreement because we’re convinced that our system is the perfect solution for Tulcea Gaz’s customers needs: it’s a secure, quick solution and offers a large number of payment points. We want to offer consumers the widest possible variety of payments they can make at PayPoint and are making great efforts to achieve this objective. Consumers who pay their Tulcea Gaz bills through PayPoint’s terminals are also able to pay for their road tax, pay bills for water and sewerage, electricity, mobile phone plans, internet or cable TV, as well as top up their prepaid mobile phone, and even transfer money both internally and internationally, at select PayPoint locations.
